MB8 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

01 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the MB8 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 21 years of age at the date of registration
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not an MB8 employee or an immediate family member of an MB8 employee
• Not prohibited by the laws of your country or region of residence from using MB8's services
• Has never had an account closed or suspended by MB8 for terms violations

MB8 reserves the right at any time to request proof of your age, identity or place of residence. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete. All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of our terms.

02 MB8 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the MB8 platform. This one-account-per-user requirement is absolute and cannot be waived under any circumstances. MB8 employs multiple methods to detect duplicate accounts, including cross-referencing personal information, IP addresses, device IDs, and payment data.

You are solely responsible for all activities that take place on your MB8 account, including bets placed, transactions made, and content shared. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited. MB8 will not be liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

03 Deposits & Payment Methods

MB8 supports the following payment methods for deposits into your account:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• GrabPay – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• Boost – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• ShopeePay – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• DuitNow – deposit within 5 minutes, minimum RM10
• FPX via Maybank2u – deposits processed within 10 minutes, minimum RM10
• FPX via CIMB Clicks – deposits processed within 10 minutes, minimum RM10
• FPX via Public Bank and other participating FPX banks – minimum RM10

All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. MB8 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits originating from unverifiable sources or suspected to be linked to illegal activity will be rejected and reported to the relevant authorities where necessary.

MB8 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or decline any deposit if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held while an investigation is conducted.

04 Withdrawal of Winnings

Winnings that have met the applicable requirements may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction
• Your account has completed full identity verification (KYC)
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full
• No active investigation or restriction on your account at that time

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless that method is no longer available. Processing times are as follows: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay within 15–30 minutes; DuitNow within 30–60 minutes; FPX within 1–2 hours. These timeframes are estimates and may be longer during peak hours or scheduled system maintenance.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

MB8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions that will be stated in the terms of the relevant offer. The general conditions applicable to all MB8 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user unless stated otherwise
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time frame
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full
• MB8 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus with notice
• Bonuses obtained through fraud, multi-accounting, or other dishonest means will be forfeited
• Bonuses are available only to players who have made a real-money deposit using their own funds

For welcome bonuses, wagering requirements are typically between 5x and 20x the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer. This means that if you receive a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of RM1,000 in bets before that bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed on low-risk or certain specific markets may not count towards meeting the wagering requirement — check the terms of the relevant offer for more details.

06 Sports Betting – General Rules

MB8's Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and major leagues worldwide), BWF badminton, ICC and IPL cricket, esports including MPL Malaysia, tennis, basketball, and a wide range of other sports. The general rules that apply to all Sports Betting on MB8 are:

• All bets are final once confirmed in the MB8 system
• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except through the cash out function where available
• If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from the scheduled time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match resumes at a different venue, valid bets remain valid unless otherwise stated.
• MB8 reserves the right to cancel or close any market at any time for technical or operational reasons
• Odds are offered on a "best available at the time" basis and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.

For in-play betting, there is a delay between on-field action and odds updates on our platform. MB8 reserves the right to void in-play bets that were confirmed based on inaccurate information or significant data lag. Players are encouraged to make active use of the cash out feature to manage their betting risk in such situations.

07 Casino Games & Slots

Casino games and slots on MB8 are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. Each game operates using a certified, independently audited random number generator (RNG). All casino game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated by MB8 or any other party.

• The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each slots title and casino game is as specified by the software provider.
• RTP information for each game is available within that game's information section
• Progressive jackpots are calculated independently and paid out in accordance with the software provider's rules
• In the event of a technical fault during gameplay, MB8 will endeavour to restore the game to its state prior to the fault, or void the round in question and refund the wager
• MB8 is not liable for losses resulting from internet disruptions on the user's end.

For Live Casino games with a live dealer, the video stream is displayed in near real time. Any disruption or delay in the video feed that causes uncertainty over a game outcome will be resolved based on MB8's server records, which are considered final.

08 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair environment for all MB8 users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or play games
• Betting arbitrage in violation of MB8's policy
• Cooperation or collusion between players to manipulate betting or game outcomes
• Money laundering or using the platform to conceal the origins of illicit funds
• Registering multiple accounts to stack bonuses or evade restrictions
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, price glitches, or odds errors
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely towards MB8 support staff
• Providing false information, forged documents, or a fake identity

09 Account Closure & Suspension

An MB8 account may be closed or suspended in the following situations:

• At the player's request: You may close your account at any time by contacting the MB8 support team. Any eligible balance will be paid out once routine checks have been completed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who opt for self-exclusion through the responsible gambling tools may not reopen their account during the specified period.
• Terms Violation: MB8 reserves the right to close an account without notice if there is a breach of terms, fraud, or suspected illegal activity.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administration fee or closure in accordance with the policy in effect at that time.

Once an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, MB8 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any outstanding balance or winnings where there is evidence that such funds were obtained in violation of these terms.

10 MB8 Liability Limits

MB8 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties or guarantees that the platform will be continuously available, free from interruptions or errors, or that any particular outcome will be achieved through use of the platform.

• MB8 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the platform
• MB8 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or actions taken by authorities
• MB8's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You use the MB8 platform entirely at your own risk. Betting and casino games involve the risk of losing wagered funds. MB8 accepts no liability for any financial losses you incur as a result of betting or playing on the platform.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, together with all related agreements between you and MB8, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to MB8's platform operations. Should any dispute arise in connection with the use of the platform, betting outcomes, payments, or these terms, the resolution procedure is as follows:

• Step One: Contact the MB8 support team via live chat or email to attempt resolution through mutual agreement within 14 business days.
• Step Two: If a resolution is not reached, the matter may be referred to an independent mediator jointly appointed by both parties
• Step Three: Any legal action required shall be subject to the agreed jurisdiction.

12 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Continued use of the MB8 platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.
